now the story

you´re gonna look something never watched after. come here, yes you. you see it?.its an umbreon glowing.... why glows? we don´t know yet.... so there´s the starting of this...
it seems hurt... I want to help him, but I cant.... so... he seems very Neon coloured, but seems like that glowing makes it hurt. what I can do? hey! there´s a button! let´s press it!
a ligth thunder!? whats going on!? im scared!!
uh.... where´s.. where´s the Umbreon? I think he get out, I feel luck in it.

where I am? I think... uh I dont remeber nothting... lets walk some... uh? who are you? where am I? just I don´t remember nothing... uh? whats that? a headband? it seems short for my head, I put it in my ear...


POWERS:
-Stop Time : he can stop time by a minutes beacuse he don´t haves the total control of this ability
- Playback : he manipulates the time to do a little Playback, so its dificult for him manipulate it

Weapon: his claws
he haves two movements: Bite and Curse. he forgoted all the others he knowed when he was experimented and caned glow

Item: a headband what he wears on the right ear

Personality: a little scared but brave
he´s more serious than funny but haves a big heart.
he´s techno (or electro) appearence is suppose to glow, but that abbility he haved on his past maked him hurt and evil
